What is the dress code during convention?      
Proper and appropriate attire is stressed for both members and guests during convention, both in the arena and exhibit halls. Members who are being recognized on stage or seated on the delegate floor MUST be in Texas FFA Standard Official Dress, except for Fun Night activities. All Texas Standards are located here. All students are encouraged to dress to the theme of Fun Night, however, required dress code should be followed.  

What are delegate check in procedures?      
To find out your chapter's delegate count, check here. Be sure that your membership ID, through the roster, is printed and ready to be individually scanned at check in. This, at times, can become a lengthy process, so your patience is greatly appreciated. Be sure to determine your voting delegates ahead of time, and to review any delegate information prior to attending convention. A delegate seating map can be found in the back of your program that will assist you in finding your area's delegate section.
Any member serving as a delegate must be in full Texas FFA Standard Official Dress with the exception of Fun Night.

What are registration times?      
On Monday and Tuesday, Chapter registration will be in Hall E which is also the feed lot. Guest registration will take place in the B Lobby, opening and closing at various times throughout the week. Those times can be found here. For guest registration, guests can pre-register here, and present their ticket at the guest registration booth, or register at the booth in person.


When will doors open to the convention center each day?      
The doors will open at 7:30 A.M. on Monday, July 8, and at 6:30 A.M on Thursday, July 11. For the remainder of the days, the doors will open at 7:00 A.M.

What are some local area attractions and discounts for Texas FFA Members?      
The Texas FFA Association has partnered with local attractions and activities to provide discounts for members during the week of convention. More information on how to receive these discounts can be found here once available.

What do I do in case of an emergency?      
In case of a medical emergency, EMS will be located at Concourse E on Level 1. Members, if you find yourself in an emergency situation, you need to immediately contact your advisor, or any adult around you. 

When will the feedlot be open each day? Are there Gluten Free options?      
The feedlot is located in Hall E and will open daily at 11:30 A.M.
The feedlot does not have any gluten free options, however the center concessions will have some available.
