Texas FFA uses a single point of access housing service provided by Orchid Event Solutions for all the convention hotels. All housing block hotel reservations must be made utilizing this service. Please see the Texas FFA 2023 Housing Instructions document below for instructions prior to making your reservation.

Reservations can be modified or cancelled without pentaly on or before May 19, 2023. Cancellations made on or after May 20, 2023 will forfeit deposit of one night's room and tax.
Through June 16, changes and cancellations can be made online using the link in your reservation acknowledgement, via email (help@orchid.events) or by calling 800-989-4008. After June 20, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make changes or cancellations.
