Texas FFA uses a single point of access housing service provided by Orchid Event Solutions for all the convention hotels. All housing block hotel reservations must be made utilizing this service. Please see the Texas FFA 2024 Housing Instructions document below for instructions prior to making your reservation.

The Texas FFA Convention Housing Block will open on Wednesday, January 22 at 4 pm. Please mark your calendars and be prepared to make your selections beforehand. A quick reference video to walk you through the steps for booking rooms through the Orchid Housing Block is posted below to assist you in preparing.
Reservations made at non-headquarters hotels can be canceled or changed without penalty until May 7. Rooms canceled after May 7 will be subject to a charge of 1 night room and tax for each room canceled. Reservations made at Omni, Sheraton, and Hilton Downtown are non-cancelable and nonrefundable after March 14, 2025. Rooms canceled at these hotels after March 14 will be charged 1 night room and tax for each room canceled.
Through May 30, changes and cancellations can be made online using the link in your reservation acknowledgment, via email (help@orchid.events), or by calling 800-989-4008. After this date, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make changes or cancellations.
