Texas FFA uses a single point of access housing service provided by Orchid Event Solutions for all the convention hotels. All housing block hotel reservations must be made utilizing this service. Please see the Texas FFA 2025 Housing Instructions document below for instructions prior to making your reservation.

The Texas FFA Convention Housing Block will open on Wednesday, January 21 at 4 pm. Please mark your calendars and be prepared to make your selections beforehand. A quick reference video to walk you through the steps for booking rooms through the Orchid Housing Block is posted below to assist you in preparing.
Reservations made at non-headquarters hotels can be canceled or changed without penalty until April 22 at 11:59 pm. Rooms canceled after April 22 will be subject to a charge of 1 night room and tax for each room canceled. Reservations made at Omni, Sheraton, and Hilton Downtown are non-cancelable and nonrefundable after March 13, 2026. Rooms canceled at these hotels after March 13 will be charged 1 night room and tax for each room canceled.
