Convention Registration is currently delayed while we work to find a new concern performer. We will alert you all as soon as we have an update. 

Please note that there will be a limited number of concert tickets available for $10. On Tuesday night, the Texas FFA Rodeo Finals will be taking place at the Cowtown Coliseum and there will be a magician show on the Lone Star Stage on the 2nd Floor of the Convention Center. 

Chapter Registration      
Convention registration will open Wednesday, April 29 at 4 p.m.

Convention registration will be completed this year through a system called Cvent to streamline check-in, consolidate credentials into one badge, and improve security.

You may make edits to your convention registration up until the registration deadline. After registration closes, no changes will be permitted, and your chapter will be financially responsible for all registration fees as submitted at the time registration closes.

To begin registration, send the provided link and FFA ID to parents/guardians. Once they complete their profile and waiver, you can add students and select their convention components. We recommend setting a deadline for families to complete this step.
 
The deadline for chapter convention registration and changes is 4:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2025.

Guest Registration & Parking      
Guest Registration is now open for parents as well as other visitors who would like to pre-register themselves online to avoid lengthy on-site registration lines. Day passes are $35/person and week passes are $100/person. Payment via credit card is required at the time of online guest registration. To expedite check-in at convention, bring your printed guest registration ticket to the 'Guest Check-in' booth.

Pay for parking in Fort Worth on your phone with the FW PARK app. Enforcement officers will be able to see that a motorist has paid with FW PARK using their wireless handheld devices. Mobile app users may also choose to receive alerts and reminders 15 minutes before their parking session expires.
