Courtesy Corps Members

We are letting Courtesy Corps members know that the meeting will still occur tomorrow, Monday, July 8 at 6 pm in room 362. 

Students who cannot safely attend this meeting will need to check in at the Courtesy Corps office (Room 214) when they arrive at the convention. We will give them the the necessary information, credentials, and t-shirts when they arrive. 

Oversized Parking Update

With the weather as it is tomorrow, we have arranged for any oversized parking permits to park at the center for Monday, July 8, so that you all can avoid the elements and stay safe. This is for Monday only. Please proceed to your assigned lot the rest of the week.

The address for parking for Monday will be: 

615 Chartres Street (corner of Chartres and Texas

You'll drive north on Chartres, and the entrance to the North Ramp will be on your left. A guard will allow you entry into the building. Once you arrive, please head to Hall E to register. 

Please only travel if you're absolutely certain it is safe to do so. We will accommodate any and all late arrivals and though you will be missed, we understand if you cannot make it.
