Several hotel rooms are now available in the Texas FFA Convention Hotel Block due to schools adjusting their reservations last week to better reflect their needs for Convention week.
If your chapter has not yet made reservations within the Texas FFA Block or if you need to add rooms to an existing reservation, the following hotels currently have multiple rooms available (availability is subject to change):

AC Downtown 10 rooms
Hilton Fort Worth 8 rooms
Hilton Garden InnMedical: 10 rooms
Hilton Garden Inn Airport: 6 rooms
Hyatt Place Cityview: 9 rooms
Omni: 35 rooms
Radisson fossil Creek: 41 rooms
Sinclair: 5 rooms
TownePlace Medical: 8 rooms
King Room w/Sofa Sleeper (sleeps 4):
Home2Suites Cityview: 10 rooms
Homewood Suites: 7 Rooms
Residence Southwest: 6ooms
Springhill Suites, University: 17 rooms
Townplace Downtown: 6 Rooms
We will continue to provide updates as additional rooms become available.
Key Housing Reminders:
- Non-headquarters hotels: Reservations can be canceled or modified without penalty until May 7, 2025. After this date, a cancellation fee of one night’s room and tax per room will apply.
- Omni, Sheraton, and Hilton Downtown: Reservations become non-refundable after March 14, 2025. Cancellations made after this date will incur a one-night room and tax charge per room.
- Through May 26, changes and cancellations can be made online via the link in your reservation acknowledgment, by emailing help@orchid.events, or by calling 800-989-4008.
- After May 26, all changes must be made directly with the hotel.
