Advisors,

The following hotels currently have multiple two bed rooms available. 

• Hyatt Place Stockyards- 6 (Bed/sleeper sofa)
• Raddison Fossil Creek- 40 (bed/sleeper sofa)
• Springhill Suites/University- 16 (bed/sleeper sofa)
• Towneplace Downtown- 4 (bed/sleeper sofa)
• Hilton Downtown- 20 D/D
• Sheraton Downtown- 5 D/D

Additional rooms will open up after the May 7th booking deadline. 

Key Reminders:

Non-headquarters hotels: Reservations can be canceled or changed without penalty until May 7, 2025. After May 7, a charge of one night’s room and tax will apply for each room canceled.

Modifications after booking: Through May 26, changes and cancellations can be made online using the link in your reservation acknowledgment, via email at help@orchid.events, or by calling 800-989-4008. After May 26, changes must be made directly with the hotel.
