The following hotels currently have multiple two-bed rooms available. 

Double Tree Fossil Creek: 35 Double Queen Rooms

Double Tree Medical Center: 25 Double Queen Rooms

Fairfield Fossil Creek: 9 Double Queen Rooms

Radisson Fossil Creek: 35 Queen with Sofa Sleeper Rooms

Springhill University: 16 Queen with Sofa Sleeper Rooms

Key Reminders:

Non-headquarters hotels: Reservations can be canceled or changed without penalty until May 7, 2025. After May 7, a charge of one night’s room and tax will apply for each room canceled.

Modifications after booking: Through May 26, changes and cancellations can be made online using the link in your reservation acknowledgment, via email at help@orchid.events, or by calling 800-989-4008. After May 26, changes must be made directly with the hotel.
