The following hotels currently have multiple rooms available. 

AC Downtown: 22 King Rooms

Courtyard University: 14 King w/Sofa Sleeper Rooms

Hilton Downtown: 5 Double Queen Rooms

Hilton Garden Inn: 2 Kings and 5 Double Queen Rooms

Omni: 18 King and 29 Double Queen Rooms

Raddisson Fossil Creek: 32 King w/Sofa Sleeper and 5 Double Queen Rooms

Sheraton Downtown: 16 King Rooms

Springhill Suites Stockyards: 13 Double Queen Rooms

Springhill University: 16 King w/Sofa Sleeper Rooms

Towneplace Downtown: 12 King w/Sofa Sleeper Rooms

Key Reminders:

Non-headquarters hotels: Reservations can be canceled or changed without penalty until May 7, 2025. After May 7, a charge of one night’s room and tax will apply for each room canceled.

Modifications after booking: Through May 26, changes and cancellations can be made online using the link in your reservation acknowledgment, via email at help@orchid.events, or by calling 800-989-4008. After May 26, changes must be made directly with the hotel.
