Texas FFA Convention Housing

The overlap with FIFA events in the DFW area continues to present housing challenges. We are actively working to address these obstacles and will share updates as additional rooms become available.Thank you for your continued patience and please know that we have been proactive in our planning, have added rooms where possible, and will continue to closely monitor availability as we work to support chapters in every way we can.

As of now, we are continuing to work to move those on the waiting list into rooms within the block. We currently have several chapters holding duplicate reservations, and we anticipate that some rooms will be released as we approach the deadline. We appreciate your patience and want you to know that we are actively working on this every day.

Convention Registration

Registration for the 2026 Texas FFA State Convention will open on or before April 13. Registration will close on Friday, June 5. Please note that some registration items may sell out prior to the closing date.

We are still finalizing a few details with our vendors before pricing can be released. However, we are working diligently to provide that information as soon as possible and do not anticipate significant increases from last year’s pricing structure.

TENTATIVE Convention Schedule

The TENTATIVE 2026 Texas FFA State Convention is included below. Please know that many factors go into determining the convention schedule, some of which are still being finalized. In an effort to keep registration costs as low as possible, this is the most feasible structure at this time. We are sharing this as of now for your planning purposes and any adjustments will be shared as soon as possible.

Convention Courtesy Corps Applications

The 2025 Texas FFA State Convention Courtesy Corps application process will open on January 15th and will close on April 8 at 11:59 pm. To access the application link, click here.

Please note, beginning with the convention in 2027, Courtesy Corps will be limited to district officers only. This year, preference may be given to district officers but others may apply. Please ensure that students who apply for this responsibly are prepared to show up and work their assignments.

Convention Media Program Application

This year’s Convention Media Program application will open on January 15th. We encourage any members who are interested in news journalism, photography or videography to apply!  Please visit the website here to access the application or for more information. Applications will close at 11:59 pm on April 15.

Texas FFA Chorus

The Texas FFA Chorus application will open on January 15th. Please visit the website here to access the application or for more information. The completed online application must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. on March 27, 2026. Advisor recommendations and parent info forms are included within the application. 

Texas FFA State Convention Internship Applications Open

The Texas FFA Staff is seeking interns for the 98th Annual Texas FFA Convention. The application can be found here and the deadline is March 2nd. Please make sure you meet all of the qualifications before applying.
