Convention Registration
Convention registration closed at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 12. Please remember that no changes can be made after the June 12 deadline and chapters will be financially responsible for any registrations entered when the system closes. Students may still be registered as guests after convention registration closes. New advisors or advisors moving chapters will have to be made onsite at the Chapter Registration Help Desk.
Lone Star Degree Guest Registration
For Lone Star Degree guests attending convention on Tuesday only, guests may register at the Houston Street Concourse, Hall F, or the 9th Street Entrance. To help reduce wait times and avoid the onsite credit card processing fee, we strongly encourage all guests to register in advance. Please share the guest registration link with your guests and encourage them to complete their registration before arriving.
Chapter Parking Information
A temporary parking pass will be emailed to all registered advisors, today, July 3. This pass is valid for one day only and will allow you to park until you pick up your convention credentials. Your weekly parking pass will be provided with your credentials.
Arena Entry & Safety Information
For all activities happening in the arena, all attendees must use the exterior arena entrances, unless you have staff or early floor access. These entrances are located along Houston Street and at 9th St across from the Hilton Hotel.
Please plan accordingly, allow extra travel time, and help students stay hydrated and safe in the summer heat.
This traffic plan was developed in coordination with the Fort Worth Police Department and the Fort Worth Fire Marshal following the crowd congestion and safety concerns experienced last year. The goal is to provide the safest possible environment for everyone attending.
While security personnel will be present throughout these events, they cannot prevent every unsafe behavior. We ask that advisors remain with their students, monitor their groups, and help reinforce appropriate conduct as attendees enter and exit the arena.
If you bring a bag into the arena, it will be subject to a security screening. This is a standard safety requirement for events of this size and is intended to protect everyone in attendance. To expedite entry, we encourage you to leave unnecessary bags behind or use a clear bag whenever possible.
Please remember that arena ingress and egress procedures are managed by the Fort Worth Police Department, the Fort Worth Fire Marshal, and Texas FFA Staff. These procedures apply to all attendees and may be adjusted as needed throughout the week. Be sure to watch for text messages and other convention communications for any updates.
We recognize that these procedures may require a little extra planning, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation. As the nation's largest and most respected state FFA association, we have an opportunity to model professionalism, flexibility, and leadership for our members. Thank you for helping us create a safe and positive convention experience for everyone.
