  Good afternoon,

We have received a notification from the parking garages that some attendees are receiving a "Limit Exceeded" error message when attempting to enter.

If this happens, please make sure you select "Texas FFA" when prompted before scanning your QR code. If you do not select the Texas FFA option, the system will display the "Limit Exceeded" message. Once you select "Texas FFA" and scan your QR code, your balance should automatically be reduced to $0.

Please note that temporary parking passes are no longer accepted.

If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, please ask a parking attendant for assistance.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We were not made aware of this process until this afternoon and wanted to share the information with you as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your flexibility and hope you continue to have a wonderful Texas FFA Convention experience with your FFA members!

In addition, we have received reports of a few instances of theft in the exhibit hall. Please take a moment to remind your students that, as members of the premier youth leadership organization in Texas, they are expected to represent themselves, their chapter, and the Texas FFA Association with honesty and integrity. Theft and other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, as the actions of a few can impact the reputation of our entire organization. Please also remind students that the exhibit hall is monitored by security cameras and that their chapter name is displayed on the back of their official dress jacket. Thank you for your partnership in upholding the values and integrity of the Texas FFA Association.

One final reminder, the QR code for voting will be displayed on the screen during each general session. Please encourage your students to have their devices ready so they can participate when prompted.
