10 am- Long Go 
1 pm or at the conclusion of the 1st round- Second Long Go (All events except barrels)

Tuesday, July 7, 2026
10 am- Long Go Barrels Only
5:30 pm- Short Go

Rodeo contestants will get two wristbands to enter the rodeo grounds. One for themselves and one for one guest. All other attendess must purchase a discounted pass using this link


2026 Texas FFA Rodeo      
  • Registration will open in conjunction with convention registration in early April.
  • No stalls will be available at the facility.
  • Each event will have two go-rounds and payout will be paid per round and on the short go.
  • Coggins papers will be checked upon arrival.
  • All contestants should review the Texas FFA Rodeo Rules and Policy prior to the event. Failure to follow the rules will result in disqualification.
  • Contestant parking will be on the East Side of the Facility. Parking is for contestants only, your guests should use public parking.
  • Upon arrival, please enter through the Contestant Entrance on the East Side of the facility. You will receive a wristband for yourself and 2 guests. All others will need to pay to enter Cowtown Coliseum.
  • Trailers may not remain in the stockyards overnight.
  • Please do not contact the venue with questions regarding the rodeo. All rodeo-related questions should be directed to Texas FFA Staff or your area rep on the Texas FFA Rodeo Committee.

Scholarship Inquiries      
In order to fund your event scholarship awards, the recipient must complete and return the Award Acceptance Agreement, a copy of the thank you letter they sent the donor (Texas FFA Association) and proof of full-time enrollment. All documents must be in pdf. or word format and be attached to one email.
