Texas FFA Convention Housing Update

As a reminder, the deadline to cancel or change housing reservations without penalty is  this Friday, May 17.  Rooms canceled after May 17 will be subject to a charge of 1 night room and tax for each room canceled. 

To make your hotel check-in process as smooth as possible, please plan to send your state tax exempt form and rooming list to the hotel prior to arrival. Additionally, if you plan to pay with a check, make arrangements for that to be sent directly to the hotel prior to convention. 

There are currently rooms available through the Texas FFA Housing Block If you do not have hotel rooms yet, be sure to revisit the housing website over the next few weeks as more rooms will become available.  Please contact jennifer@texasffa.org for housing assistance.

We anticipate an influx of available rooms on May 17th so this list will change significantly on Friday. If you currently have reservations outside of the block, please consider checking the housing website to find a hotel that works well for your group.
