Advisors, 

The Texas FFA Convention Housing Block will open on Wednesday, January 22, at 4 pm.  Please mark your calendars and be prepared to make your selections beforehand. Texas FFA has worked with Orchid to identify larger blocks in the downtown area as well as additional economical options outside of downtown. This will allow more schools to secure preferred locations early in the semester. A list of hotels will be shared after the first of the year for review before the housing block opens. Texas FFA Staff will be available on January 22 via Zoom to assist you with troubleshooting any issues you have while booking. All housing-related information will be posted on this website as it becomes available. Additionally, a quick reference video to walk you through the steps for booking rooms through the Orchid Housing Block is posted to the website to assist you in preparing. 

Reservations made at non-headquarters hotels can be canceled or changed without penalty until May 7.  Rooms canceled after May 7 will be subject to a charge of 1-night room and tax for each room canceled. Reservations made at Omni, Sheraton, and Hilton Downtown are non-refundable after March 14, 2025.  Rooms canceled at these hotels after March 14 will be charged 1-night room and tax for each room canceled.

Through May 30, changes and cancellations can be made online using the link in your reservation acknowledgment, via email (help@orchid.events), or by calling 800-989-4008. After this date, you must contact the hotel directly to make changes or cancellations.
