There are currently rooms available through the Texas FFA Housing Block If you do not have hotel rooms yet, be sure to revisit the housing website over the next few weeks as more rooms will become available. Please contact jennifer@texasffa.org for housing assistance.

As a reminder, reservations made at non-headquarter hotels can be canceled or changed without penalty until May 17. Rooms canceled after May 17 will be subject to a charge of 1 night room and tax for each room canceled. Reservations made at Marriott Marquis, Hilton Americas, or Hyatt Regency Houston are non-cancelable and non refundable after March 15, 2024. Rooms canceled at these hotels after March 15 will be charged 1 night room and tax for each room canceled.
Convention Registration
Convention registration will open at 4 pm on Monday, May 6. Registration will be completed via the Texas FFA Roster System. All students and advisors must have a completed waiver before registering. Specific information regarding convention pricing can be found here. The Registration deadline for chapters is 5 pm on June 21st. No changes to registration will be permitted after this deadline. Parking and rodeo information will be added and shared with you as soon as it’s available.
Convention Courtesy Corps Application
To be considered for the 2024 State Convention Courtesy Corps, please complete this application by 11:59 on Friday, April 12. Students selected to serve as Courtesy Corps members will be notified by May 3.
Convention T-Shirt Design Contest
The Rusk FFA chapter is hosting the Second Annual Texas FFA Convention T-Shirt Design Contest in collaboration with Texas FFA. Each chapter is encouraged to submit a design. The winning design will be sold in conjunction with this summer’s convention. Learn more here!
Texas FFA State Convention Internship Applications Open
The Texas FFA Staff is seeking interns for the 96th Annual Texas FFA Convention held in Houston July 8-12th, 2024. Application deadline is May 3rd by 5:00 p.m. All potential interns will be required to complete the application here. Email resume and references to barbie@texasffa.org
